Lisa Lyon

CEO

Managing Director for over 20 years, Lisa’s leadership has enabled Target to grow into the market leading tracing and identity provider it is today. Lisa has extensive knowledge and experience in providing trace and mortality services. Highly regarded and known for her appetite for continuous improvement, Lisa introduced automated tracing to the pension market and developed investigated mortality screening. mypensionID is Lisa’s latest brainchild set to revolutionise the industry.

Lisa is passionate about giving back to the local community. Target works closely with local schools and charities regularly sponsoring events and new initiatives. Lisa introduced ‘Target in the Community’ enabling each staff member to take two paid days per year volunteering in the local community and in response to children school meals campaign, set up Full Up charity which is providing hot meals to children during every school holiday.

Lisa was voted in the Top Twenty Women in FinTech in December 2020 for her work in the industry.

Jenny Simms
Jenny Simms

Director - Client Solutions

Jenny joined Target in 2013 having previously worked as a civil servant and owning her own business. Jenny is passionate about the services that Target delivers. Working with clients to create bespoke solutions to their individual requirements. Jenny is highly skilled in building and maintaining client relationships with an impressive reputation for effective communication. Outside of work Jenny volunteers for her local church, enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Brendon Hogan

Director - Risk & Compliance

Brendon joined Target in 2014 to lead Compliance. His experience in Project Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery for the Utilities Industry means he is focused on ensuring key risks are identified and robustly controlled. Brendon oversees Targets’ Data Privacy, Quality and Cyber Security Management Systems. An outdoors man, you will find him spending time with his family and supporting the Community through Full Up – nutritious meals 4 kids, wildlife conservation and flood management initiatives.

Director - People & Development

Trudy joined Target in 2018 having previously worked in the public sector. Bringing experience in change management, project management and staff development. Trudy’s focus is to ensure that Target’s strategy, policy and processes as well as culture are aligned, working together to achieve Targets objectives and company values. Outside of work Trudy enjoys spending quality time with her family, socialising with friends and long dog walks.

Lynsey Harris

Operations Manager

Lynsey joined Target in 2007, having over a decade of expertise in tracing and data verification. She used her expertise with the role of Training Co-ordinator thus passing on her knowledge enabling Target to develop a team of highly competent teams ensuring trace investigators. Lynsey is now the Operations Manager, her focus is to manage the operational teams ensuring that data is returned to clients within the service level agreements. Outside of work, Lynsey devotes her time to her family, she loves the beach and her favourite destination is St Ives.

Andrew Hayward
Andrew Hayward

Head of Commercial Services

Before joining Target in 2015 Andrew worked in the pensions industry both in public and private sector in several roles.  Andrew is currently a Client Manager but is also involved in researching industry trends and developing trace services to meet client requirements.

Outside of work Andrew enjoys being outside on his boat fishing as well as travelling and keeping fit.

What makes Target a great place to work? “I like meeting clients, getting to know them and understanding their requirements to improve data accuracy. All clients are different with have different challenges, we create a bespoke service that works for each client.”
