Our expert trace team specialise in tracing, screening, and cleansing data whilst ensuring data security and enhanced management.
With the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) coming into effect in May 2018 and increased requirements from the FCA around address accuracy, many of our clients have already implemented annual checks across all their members.
This gives comfort that records are correct and pension critical documents are being received, reducing the risk of such information falling into the wrong hands. It also demonstrates a plan is in place to achieve data compliance which GDPR demands.
We process records through stages, the initial stage being a ‘Living as Stated’ check, whereby we can confirm to you that we see evidence that your member is at the address you already have on record.
This is a cost-effective trace when completed in volume leaving the remaining records to be considered for the other trace services that we offer.
We can combine ‘Living as Stated’ and ‘Mini-Trace’ so that those members failing the ‘Living as Stated’ check are automatically escalated to ‘Mini-Trace’.
Increased volumes reduce the price for this service.
We work to the highest standard of security and have robust and secure tools in place for data transfer and retention.
Target is an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 and Cyber Essentials Plus accredited company. We send and receive all data securely through tested secure servers and information is securely stored on site. We have a dedicated Security Manager who would be happy to discuss and demonstrate our security systems.
We can register any number of your staff to access our secure server to send and receive data. Data can only be accessed onsite and returned back to authorised employees.
All our employees are fully screened and are all employed in one location. All records are held electronically.
