How to Report Fraud to Target mypensionID

Helping protect your identity and your pension

If you believe someone is trying to misuse your identity or access your pension information fraudulently, please contact us immediately. Our Fraud Team will investigate and take action to keep your information safe.

 

What to Report

Please tell us if you notice:

  • Someone trying to complete mypensionID verification on your behalf
  • Suspicious messages, letters, emails or calls claiming to be from mypensionID
  • An identity check you don’t recognise
  • Concerns about someone being pressured or coached through verification
  • Anything else that doesn’t feel right
