Meet the Team
MD for seventeen years, Lisa has inspired Target to grow into the reputable public and private sector trace provider that it is today. Lisa has a wide breadth of knowledge and experience in providing trace and mortality services. Highly regarded and known for her appetite for continuous improvement, Lisa introduced automated tracing to the pension market and developed investigated mortality screening. mypensionID is Lisa’s latest brain child set to revolutionise the industry.
Lisa is passionate about giving back to the local community. Target works closely with local schools and charities regularly sponsoring events and new initiatives. Lisa introduced ‘Target in the Community’ enabling each staff member to take two paid days per year volunteering in the local community. Outside of work Lisa enjoys spending time with her family. Her favourite sport is golf, Rory Mcllroy would have a run for his money with her golfing skills.
What does Lisa enjoy most about her job? “Listening to an elderly member for 10 minutes because that’s the only person he or she would speak to that week or hearing the feedback from the students regarding a trip that Target funded makes me go home with a smile on my face.”
Head of Commercial Services
With over three decades experience working in public and private sector pensions as both an Administrator and Client Manager Andy has an impressive knowledge base.
Andy is QPA, (Qualification in Pension Administration) and ICS, (Institute of Customer Service) qualified with a good knowledge of all things pension related.
Having joined Target in 2015 his main area of work is as a Client Manager although he is also involved researching industry trends and developing trace services to meet requirements.
Outside of work, you might find Andy out fishing in his boat. He also enjoys travel and keep fit.
What makes Target a great place to work? “I like meeting clients, getting to know them and understand what their requirements are in terms of improving data accuracy. All clients are different and have different challenges, we create a bespoke service that works for each client.”
Head of Client Solutions
Jenny joined Target in 2013 having previously worked as a civil servant and owning her own business. Jenny is passionate about the services that Target delivers. Working with clients to create bespoke solutions to their individual requirements. Jenny is highly skilled in building and maintaining client relationships with an impressive reputation for effective communication. Outside of work Jenny volunteers for her local church, enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Head of Compliance
Brendon joined Target in 2014 to lead Compliance. His experience in Project Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery for the Utilities Industry means he is focused on ensuring key risks are identified and robustly controlled. Brendon oversees Targets’ Data Privacy, Quality and Cyber Security Management Systems. An outdoors man, you will find him spending time with his family and supporting the Community through Wildlife Conservation and Flood Management Initiatives.
Business Development Manager
Kevin Joined Target in 2018 having previously worked for a large data consolidator and specialised in the life and pensions industry providing mortality and tracing services, but also Anti Money Laundering and Identity services.
Previous to that he worked for a large life company, where he was involved with Independent Financial Advisors helping them to get the best investment and pensions for their clients specific needs.

Head of People & Development
Trudy joined Target in 2018 having previously worked in the public sector. Bringing experience in change management, project management and staff development. Trudy’s focus is to ensure that Target’s strategy, policy and processes, as well as culture, are aligned working together to achieve Targets objectives and company values. Outside of work Trudy enjoys spending quality time with her family, socialising with friends and long dog walks.

Data Team Manager & Training
Lynsey joined Target in 2007, having over a decade of expertise in tracing and data verification. In her role of training co-ordinator this knowledge is passed on enabling Target to develop a team of highly competent trace investigators. Lynsey’s focus is to manage the training programme and the data team ensuring that data is returned to clients within the service level agreements. When not in work you might find Lynsey cheering Chelsea football team on. Lynsey devotes her time to her family, she loves the beach and her favourite destination is St Ives.

Bookkeeper & Payroll Manager
Christina joined Target in 2018, AAT qualified with over two decades of Bookkeeping and Payroll experience Christina brings a wealth of expertise. Christina’s main focus is accounts, revenue, forecasts and payroll. Outside of work you might find Christina riding her horse or competing in Retraining of Racehorses events, a national charity supporting the welfare and rehoming of retired racehorses of which Christina is a member.

Business Services Manager
Melina joined Target in 2014 having previously worked in IT management and education. Responsible for the design and delivery of high quality administrative and trace services. Melina’s main focus is to ensure that Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded. Performance is monitored and continuous improvement in process sought. Melina is known for her ability to nurture and develop her teams enabling them to reach their full potential. When not in work Melina enjoys watching films and spending time with her beloved family.
